• Damage or problems must not be caused by human factors (e.g., improper washing, accidental damage, or misuse).
• The item must be in its original packaging, and proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
